Teenage player dies on soccer field of heart failure
Nacho Barbera, playing for UD Alzira (Spain) at the age of 13-14, was taken to hospital immediately but all treatments were unsuccessful.

According to The Sun, the heartbreaking incident took place during the match between UD Alzira and CD Esport Base Ontinyent in the middle of last week. The report said that Nacho Barbera suddenly fell ill and was taken to the hospital but did not survive. The boy showed no signs of heart disease before his sudden death from a stroke. Earlier in the week, Nacho Barbera had been training normally.
Valencia-based UD Alzira said all scheduled matches this weekend would be canceled. "UD Alzira is in mourning," the club said in a statement on Twitter.
A number of La Liga clubs also sent condolences to the family of the unfortunate teenager. "We share the pain of the entire UDAlzira family for this irreparable loss. Rest in peace Nacho," Sevilla's website posted. Similar messages were sent by representatives of clubs such as Alaves and Ossasuna. "Stay strong, family, friends and UDAlzira," Valencia player Jeison Murillo said.
