(Baonghean.vn) - Before the V.League Organizing Committee called for support for the people of the Central region who are facing difficulties due to floods in the upcoming matches, the players of HAGL, Hanoi and SLNA have already taken action.

Sharing the pain with the people, in recent days many Vietnamese players have launched donation programs to support the Central region. After a few days of calling,Pham Xuan ManhTogether with friends, fans and teammates at the national team, SLNA raised nearly 70 million VND.

At the same time, striker Van Toan donated all the money from his shirt business. Meanwhile, Nguyen Quang Hai's representative, Doan Van Hau, also launched and auctioned many valuable items to support the people of Central Vietnam.

According to news from the tournament's Organizing Committee, before entering the matches in round 3 of phase 2 of V.League, the teams will perform a 1-minute silence ceremony to commemorate the people, officers and soldiers who died due to the effects of floods in the past few days in the Central region.

In addition, the tournament organizers will set up donation boxes for players, teams and spectators to support the people of Central Vietnam. In recent days, the Central provinces have continuously suffered floods and heavy rains, causing damage to people and property.
