Dog thief beaten

(Baonghean.vn) -At 2:30 p.m. on June 24, in Hamlet 23, Nghi Phu Commune (Vinh City), people discovered Dang Van Hieu (born in 1994, residing in Hamlet 10, Nghi Long Commune, Nghi Loc) and Phan Cong Hoan (born in 1987, residing in Hamlet 19, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc) stealing dogs. People surrounded and captured the two subjects, confiscated 1 motorbike, 2 rubber crossbows and 01 motorbike lock breaker. Due to extreme anger, many people gathered to beat Hoan and Hieu, who was injured and had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Vinh City Police are currently investigating the incident.
