After more than 3 years in the army, Mr. Le Van Hoa in Khe Con village - Mon Son commune (Con Cuong) was honored to participate in the battle in Laos and was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam. In 1986, after completing his military service, he brought back the knowledge he learned in the army to help his village.

He successively held the position of police officer and then head of Khe Con village, and he completed all his tasks excellently. In particular, with the knowledge accumulated in the army, he propagated and encouraged people to eat and live scientifically. He analyzed for people the harmful effects of early marriage, marriage with relatives and backward customs...
In 2004, implementing the Party and State's policy of moving the Dan Lai people out of the core area of Pu Mat National Park, to preserve the Dan Lai people, many people did not want to leave the village, so he went to each house to analyze the benefits of the new place of residence for them. Arriving at the resettlement area of Tan Son village, he continued to hold the position of captain of Team 4. The veteran, the village chief, traveled day and night to each family to guide and help people on how to grow rice, plant forests and implement a new lifestyle.

From a life that depended only on fish in the stream and animals in the forest, not only his family but many families in Tan Son village now have enough to eat and become well-off, buying many expensive living facilities. His family has been recognized as a cultural family for 3 consecutive years and all of his children go to school. He himself is an exemplary party member, a model veteran, and a spiritual support for the villagers.
