Fans set off flares, Pleiku stadium fined 15 million VND
This morning, January 27, the VFF Disciplinary Board met to handle incidents related to the 5th round and decided to fine the organizers of the match at Pleiku Stadium for allowing fans to light flares in the stands.
The decision of the VFF Disciplinary Board reads: "Warning and fine of 15,000,000 VND (Fifteen million VND) for the Organizing Committee of the match of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club for violating Clause 2, Article 68 "Violation of organization work" of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation in the match between Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club and SHB Da Nang Football Club in the 5th round, January 25, 2015 at Pleiku Stadium.

The Organizing Committee of the match of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club has the right to complain to the Complaint Resolution Board of the Vietnam Football Federation according to the regulations of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation".
Since the beginning of the season, this is the second time the Pleiku Stadium match organizers have received a penalty from the Disciplinary Board. Previously, after the first round of the match against Sanna Khanh Hoa BVN, due to allowing spectators to spill onto the runway, the Pleiku Stadium match organizers were warned and fined 10 million VND.
In addition to the disciplinary decision for the Pleiku match organizers, the Disciplinary Board also decided to fine Dong Nai Club 2 million VND because 5 players received yellow cards in the match against Dong Thap in the 3rd round.
SLNA Club was warned because the ambulance arrived late in the match against B.Binh Duong in round 4. Assistant coach Pham Anh Tuan of SLNA Club was fined 8 million VND and suspended from duty for 2 matches due to his reaction to the referee in the match against Sanna Khanh Hoa BVN in round 5.
