The Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns, according to their functions and tasks, strengthen measures to manage State minerals and prevent re-offending; the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development coordinates with localities to inspect and handle cases of encroachment on forest land and deforestation for mineral exploitation; The Department of Transport directs the Traffic Inspectorate to coordinate with the Provincial Police and localities to regularly inspect and handle illegal mineral exploitation activities on rivers, causing landslides and flow deviations that affect production and people's lives; Radio and Television Station and Nghe An Newspaper regularly report and produce reports reflecting violations in mineral exploitation and the responsibility of organizations and individuals in State management of minerals so that Party committees and authorities at all levels can direct timely corrective and handling measures.
