'Portrait' of woman who injected fillers for beauty and then took property

On the afternoon of September 9, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoa Thanh Town (Tay Ninh) announced that it had identified the subject involved in the case of injecting fillers for beauty and then appropriating property, which occurred on September 5, in Nam Trai Hamlet, Truong Dong Commune, Hoa Thanh Town.

The subject's name is Ton Nu Huy Phuong (commonly known as Ty or Thuy, born in 1970, hometown Binh Duong province, permanent residence at 139, De Tham street, ward 17, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city).

According to the police, the victims reported that Phuong drove a Click motorbike with license plate number 43D1-520.01 and frequently visited karaoke spots in the area to meet middle-aged women who wanted beauty treatments such as nose jobs, lip injections, face lifts, etc.

Then, the subject introduced himself as having a certificate of practicing aesthetics, injecting fillers into body parts to make them fuller according to the victim's wishes for an amount from 1.1 million VND to several million VND/time. The injection location was at motels in the area agreed upon by both parties. Taking advantage of the fact that after the injection, they fell into a state of fatigue and fell asleep and the subject took possession of their property including money, gold, phones, etc.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoa Thanh Town Police has sent a notice to the units and professional departments of Tay Ninh Province Police to coordinate in searching for Ton Nu Huy Phuong.
