Among them is "hot girl" Ho Thi Thu Trinh (born 1996, residing in Tam Vinh commune, Phu Ninh district, Quang Nam), who was a student of the Chinese department at Da Nang University of Foreign Languages.

From tutor to illegal immigrant broker

According to the investigation, at the end of 2018, Trinh came to teach Chinese to Huynh Ngoc Diem (born 1979, residing in Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang) and Diem's ​​child.

During this time, Diem asked Trinh to post information about the house for Chinese people to rent in order to receive commission.

Trinh used the Wechat application to post an article about renting a house and connected with Chen Xian Fa (born 1993, Chinese nationality).

From August to December 2019, Chen Xian Fa repeatedly texted Trinh and Diem via Wechat to rent a house.

When he announced that he had a house for rent, Chen Xian Fa contacted a Chinese and Vietnamese network to bring him and a number of Chinese people to illegally enter Vietnam by road through the northern border provinces.

After that, the subjects went to stay at the houses in Da Nang that Trinh and Diem had arranged in advance.

Blinded by money

The first time was in August 2019, Chen Xian Fa and a Chinese person entered Vietnam illegally.

When these two people arrived in Da Nang, Chen Xian Fa texted Trinh to ask to rent a house with 3 bedrooms. Trinh, through Diem, rented the house at 84 Tuy Ly Vuong, Ngu Hanh Son district.

After that, Chen Xian Fa and his companion rented the house for 3 months at a rent of 23 million VND/month without any legal documents and without informing the local authorities. After a few days of living there, 2 more Chinese people came to live there.

The total rent that Chen Xian Fa gave Trinh was 92 million VND, of which Trinh received 5.75 million VND in commission, and the remaining 86.2 million VND was given to Diem. In November 2019, Chen Xian Fa returned the house to China.

The second time in December 2019, with the same trick, Chen Xian Fa contacted Trinh to rent a house for 3 months to live in. Trinh and Diem introduced the house at 84 Tuy Ly Vuong with the same rental price as before.

On December 11, 2019, Chen Xian Fa from China and A.Jun illegally entered Vietnam, then met Trinh and paid the rent like the first time.

Both times they entered the country illegally, the Chinese subjects did not have any legal documents, but Trinh and Diem did not need Chen Xian Fa to show their identification documents and did not report to the local authorities.

Although the house was planned to be rented for 3 months, at the end of 2019, the authorities increased their inspection of residence, so on December 20, 2019, the subjects returned the house to their country.

The third time on June 23, 2020, Chen Xian Fa continued to contact Trinh to help rent house number 39 Duong Tu Giang street, Khue My ward, Ngu Hanh Son district and the homeowner offered 19 million VND/month.

Trinh and Diem agreed to raise the rent with Chen Xian Fa to 23 million VND/month to share the difference./.

On June 28, from Nanning, Guangxi (China), Chen Xian Fa invited Wang Wen Di, Chen Shuang Gui and Wang Jiang Bo to illegally enter Vietnam. A Vietnamese driver picked them up and took them to Da Nang, leading them to house number 39 Duong Tu Giang.

This group was helped by Trinh and Diem to buy personal items and food for daily living.
