Baby with congenital anemia needs help

(Baonghean.vn) - The family of Mr. Ngan Van Hang and Ms. Lu Thi Hanh in Tan Hop village, Luc Da commune (Con Cuong) is in a difficult situation. In addition, among their two young children, a daughter has congenital anemia.

Three years ago, Ms. Hanh's husband, Mr. Ngan Van Hang, was struck by lightning while working in the fields. Since then, his health has declined, and Ms. Hanh has had to do all the heavy housework by herself.

Lu Thi Dieu has had congenital anemia since childhood.

The life of the whole family of 5 depends on a nearly 700m2 field, so life is very difficult. To have money to treat and buy medicine for her husband, her daughter with congenital anemia, and to take care of her elderly mother-in-law, Ms. Hanh has to borrow money everywhere.

Lu Van Dau, the family’s eldest son, is in 6th grade this year, but he is thin and weak and after school he has to go crab hunting and snail hunting to help his family. Despite this, Dau has been a good and excellent student for many years.

Dau shared: "My family is poor, we don't have money to buy books, pay tuition... so many times I want to quit school to help my mother earn money to treat my father and younger sister's illness."
