After the fire broke out, receiving an urgent report from the leaders of the Children's Cultural House, the fire prevention and fighting force and the authorities, the Quang Trung Ward police promptly arrived at 2:40 p.m. to put out the fire, preventing it from spreading to neighboring areas. According to the assessment of a leader of the Children's Cultural House, the cause of the fire was most likely an electrical short circuit because the Children's Cultural House had terminated the contract with the owners of the 4 kiosks; the kiosks had moved all their goods, there were no more residents, only a few counters remained.
