On the morning of June 28, the working delegation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee went directly to the scene of the fire in Dien Loi commune, Dien Chau district to encourage the forces and direct the forest fire fighting plans. According to the reporter's records, at the scene, by 10am this morning, the fire was under control, and the embers were completely extinguished by the force. Fortunately, more than 200 households in the danger zone were safe and did not have to be evacuated.

To extinguish this dangerous fire, local authorities and forces have seriously implemented the province's instructions, synchronously implemented many firefighting solutions, especially continuously building firebreaks to contain the fire and limit its spread. In addition, thanks to the determination and high solidarity of officers and soldiers of Military Region 4, the Provincial Military Command, related forces and people, the fire was completely extinguished.

According to statistics, the area of ​​pine forest burned was about 20 hectares, mainly areas with thick layers of ground cover. In addition, some other areas of bushes were also burned.
