Standing 1.9 meters tall and weighing 453 kg, Arbab Khizer Hayat (Pakistan) consumes 3 kg of meat, 26 eggs, 5 liters of milk, and various other foods daily.

"I don't have any health problems, nor do I feel uncomfortable about my weight."Arbab Khizer Hayat asserted that the 25-year-old man consumed nearly four times the recommended daily calorie intake.

According toNY PostHayat's 10,000-calorie diet stemmed from his dream of becoming a world weightlifting champion. He recounted that he started gaining weight in his teens and saw this as an opportunity to fulfill his desire, so he continued to gain weight. Hayat also trained his strength in unusual ways, such as pulling cars with his bare hands, earning him the nickname "the strongest man in Pakistan."

"I thank God for giving me this body. It's only a matter of time before I enter the international arena," Hayat said proudly.He claims to have lifted 4 tons in a Japanese championship and is now preparing to compete in the world championships.

The young man said he would continue his 10,000-calorie-per-day diet but would be more cautious and consult with his doctor.
