Cut each other's heels off

(Baonghean) - At 10:00 p.m. on October 30, in Thanh My commune, Thanh Chuong district, due to a personal conflict, Nguyen Van Buong (born in 1968), residing in hamlet 15, Thanh My commune, and Pham Van Anh (born in 1979), residing in hamlet 14, Thanh My commune, used knives and swords to slash each other. As a result, Buong suffered a severed heel and is currently being treated at Hospital 115, Vinh City. Pham Van Anh was injured in the neck and is being treated at Thanh My commune Health Station.
