(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 14, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a Conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo and commend advanced models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example.
Attending the event were comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; representatives of the Party Committee's leaders of the provincial agencies and all cadres and party members of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to implement Directive 03 of the Politburo in conjunction with implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on party building today" throughout the Party Committee, performing well its function as a standing agency in implementing Directive 03.
The Party cell of the Propaganda Department received help and support from Thach Ngan commune, Con Cuong district. The staff and party members of the Department contributed more than 40 million VND to build facilities, support plants and breeds, and promote the application of science and technology to production and animal husbandry.
In 2015, the committee contributed nearly 50 million VND to help and give gifts to about 100 poor households in Yen Thanh and Nghi Loc districts, Vinh city.
