(Baonghean.vn) - At 3:00 a.m. on June 25, 2015, upon receiving a report from the public, Market Management Team No. 3 of Nghe An Market Management Department coordinated with the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province to inspect a truck traveling on the road from Hanoi to Vinh City and discovered 93,000 poultry eggs of unknown origin on the truck.

The above shipment was transported by Mr. Ngo Van Lap, born in 1989, residing in Trang Viet, Me Linh, Hanoi, on a truck with license plate 29C. 28519 to Vinh City for sale. Through inspection and search, Market Management Team No. 3 of Nghe An Market Management Department discovered that the vehicle was transporting a large quantity of poultry eggs, including 66,000 quail eggs and 27,000 chicken eggs, with a total value of 105 million VND. The vehicle owner could not present quarantine papers, invoices, or documents proving the origin of the shipment. Market Management Team No. 3 has prepared a file to transfer all of the above goods to the Vinh City Veterinary Department for handling in accordance with the law.
