Admire the transparent bus running at 200 km/h

American billionaire plans to build an underground all-glass bus system that can run at speeds of over 200 km/h.

The Boring Company of American billionaire Elon Musk has justRevealing the design of an ultra-high-speed electric bus for a connected underground networkmajor cities in the country, according toVessel News.

Although it runs underground, this bus is made of transparent glass all around, passengers can sit or stand like a normal bus. This public transport is said to have a maximum speed of up to 200 km/h.

"A large, multi-level underground network would reduce traffic congestion in any city, no matter how large," said a representative of the Boring Company. Billionaire Musk revealed that this project is being implemented, starting with a tunnel under the city of Los Angeles, USA.

Many experts criticize this project as lacking feasibility and impractical in practice.Musk also admitted that the biggest challenge for the project is cutting the cost of digging tunnels. Some tunnel projects in the US cost up to $625 million per kilometer. The American billionaire asserted that the price must be reduced by a factor of 10 for this idea to become a reality.

In addition to carrying passengers, the Boring Company’s electric vehicle chassis can be used to transport cars at high speeds. Users would drive their cars into an elevator, which would then take them to a transport platform for the journey. After completing the route, the cars would return to the ground via an elevator at their destination.
