Soldiers return lost property
(Baonghean) -These days, wherever we go in Brigade 283 (Military Region 4), we hear very touching stories about the example of professional soldier Lieutenant Phan Anh Dung, a Tieu Do employee, Company 10, for his noble act of "picking up lost property and finding the owner to return it".

Talking to us, Mr. Luu Yen Vung emotionally said: “I have diabetes and cirrhosis, I had to borrow money from relatives and family members to be treated here for more than a week (up to the time I lost my wallet). Now the whole family only has that much money left to both treat my illness and take care of my food. After losing my wallet, I was thinking about leaving the hospital...”. It is known that Lieutenant Phan Anh Dung's family is a poor household in Thanh Linh commune, Thanh Chuong. His father has had cirrhosis and diabetes for many years. Dung himself also had spinal spurs and was treated many times at Military Hospital 4 and Military Hospital 103 but has not recovered; his wife has no job and has to raise two small children... The whole family lives on the small salary of a professional military lieutenant. However, when he picked up the wallet, he did not hesitate to immediately go find the person who lost it to return it. He confided: “Although that amount of money is not large, it is very important to the patients being treated at the hospital. It is the same with my family, when we are sick we see the full value of money…”.
Speaking about Lieutenant Phan Anh Dung, Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Van Khanh, Political Commissar of Company 10, commented: “Despite his difficult family circumstances, Comrade Dung always proactively overcame his difficult circumstances, strived to strive, trained to excel in completing assigned tasks. In life, he was always exemplary, caring, and helpful to his comrades and teammates, and was loved and trusted by everyone.”
