Support startup training
One of the tasks and solutions to implement the Project is to support start-up training. Specifically, forming a team of staff to advise and support students in starting a business at universities, academies, colleges, and vocational schools nationwide and organizing training courses to improve the qualifications of this team of staff; encouraging individuals with knowledge and experience in start-ups to volunteer to participate in consulting and supporting students at schools.
In addition, organize training and coaching on basic knowledge about entrepreneurship for staff and career guidance teachers at general schools and vocational education - continuing education centers; compile and issue a set of documents providing knowledge and skills on entrepreneurship for students, training documents for staff advising and supporting students in starting a business, and training documents for career guidance teachers.
At the same time, organize training courses, study, exchange, and international experience exchange seminars for students and staff advising students on starting a business in schools; encourage universities, academies, colleges and secondary schools to develop topics on entrepreneurship and include them in the training program as a compulsory or optional subject to suit the reality; increase the organization of internships and experiences at enterprises to create conditions for students to be exposed to the production and business activities of enterprises.
Funding support for start-up projects
Another task and solution of the Project is to support funding for start-up programs and projects of students. Specifically, universities, academies, colleges and secondary schools proactively arrange funding from the school's legal revenue sources (including regular expenditure sources, student scientific research sources, etc.) to support activities, ideas and start-up projects of students in the school.
Establish a fund to support students starting businesses at schools from socialized funding sources; support finding funding sources, connecting and attracting investment from individuals and organizations for projects formed from students' startup ideas.
In addition, create an environment to support students in starting a business such as forming a center to support students in starting a business from a department or career guidance center, job counseling, supporting students of universities, academies, colleges and secondary schools; establish startup clubs at universities, academies, colleges and secondary schools in different industries and fields such as: Starting a business, starting a business, innovation; science and technology clubs on materials, automation, etc.
