On the morning of January 12, 2025, Tri Duong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Vinh riverside urban area - a potential real estate project in the center of Vinh city (Nghe An).

The Vinh Riverside Urban Area project is located at the intersection of major traffic routes such as the Vinh River Road and the National Highway 1A bypass. The land fund planned for the project is located in the Vinh River area, possessing a prime location, right in the city center, convenient for economic and cultural exchange between the inner city and neighboring areas.

In 2021, Tri Duong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province to implement the Vinh Riverside Urban Area project in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city with the goal of building a synchronous and modern urban area in terms of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure in accordance with the adjustment of the General Planning of Vinh city, Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister.
