(Baonghean) - Nghe An Newspaper on May 7, 2015, through the Hotline Information section, reported the content of a traffic participant on National Highway 46 to Cua Lo: "On National Highway 46, the section passing through Nghi Truong and Nghi Thach communes (Nghi Loc), the situation of people setting up umbrellas and tents to sell agricultural products encroaching on the roadway and sidewalks is common, causing obstruction and traffic insecurity, especially during the tourist season, when the number of people and vehicles participating in traffic on this section of the road increases. We request that local authorities and functional forces intervene to handle this situation."

After receiving the information reflected by Nghe An Newspaper, Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 476/UBND-VHTT dated May 8, 2015 requesting the District Traffic Safety Committee, the District Police Chief, Nghi Truong and Nghi Thach Commune People's Committees and related sectors to urgently organize inspections and clarify the contents of the issues raised by Nghe An Newspaper for timely handling. After organizing the inspection and directing the resolution, on June 1, 2015, Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 591/UBND-VHTT responding to the issues raised by the newspaper, specifically as follows:

- As reflected by the people in Nghe An Newspaper: The small business activities of some people arbitrarily selling agricultural products produced by local people to passersby are seasonal, irregular and continuous, and the management of local authorities on this road section is still limited.

- To overcome the above situation, the District Traffic Safety Committee has coordinated with Road Management Company 470 to draw up a record and assign the People's Committees of Nghi Thach and Nghi Truong communes to inspect and review business entities on both sides of National Highway 46 passing through the two communes to organize propaganda, mobilize and handle to end the situation as reported by the newspaper.

- Direct the District Police to arrange forces to coordinate with the police forces of the two communes to organize regular and continuous patrols and handling. Up to now, the business situation as reported by the newspaper has basically ended. Nghi Loc District People's Committee would like to thank Nghe An Newspaper for promptly reflecting information, contributing to facilitating the District People's Committee in State management work in the area.
