Showing sex movies then raping a girl
(Baonghean.vn) - Tan Ky District Police (Nghe An) issued an emergency arrest warrant for a suspect who showed a 12-year-old girl sex movies and then raped her.
On March 4, Tan Ky District Police announced that they had decided to prosecute and temporarily detain Bui Dang Thanh (28 years old, residing in Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An) for the crime of "child rape".

Tan Ky District Police said that, earlier at noon on February 27, 2015, Thanh went to L.'s house (12 years old, neighbor) to play. When he went to L.'s house to play, he saw L. was home alone. At this time, Thanh's animal instincts arose, and since he had a sex movie on his phone, Thanh opened it for L. to watch.
While watching the movie, Thanh coaxed and asked L. to do as in the movie. However, L. refused and resisted. Her animalistic instincts overcame her reason, Thanh used force to hold L. down on the bed and then performed the animalistic act.
When he saw baby L. bleeding heavily, the suspect panicked and took the baby to the bathroom. Then, he took baby L. to the commune health station for examination and said that the baby had fallen from a tree and called the baby's parents to inform them before leaving.
After examination, the doctor concluded that the victim had been sexually assaulted, and the family filed a complaint against Bui Dang Thanh with the authorities.
On February 28, 2015, Tan Ky district police issued a decision to urgently arrest this young man to serve the investigation. At the investigation agency, Thanh admitted to raping L.
