(Baonghean.vn) - Truong The Dieu is one of the 10 outstanding young Vietnamese faces of 2019. This male student from Nghe An was also honored to receive the Second Class Labor Medal from the Prime Minister for his outstanding achievements at the 2019 WorldSkills Competition.
