In addition, regularly and continuously organize propaganda in the community about the dangers of livestock and poultry diseases; mobilize livestock farmers to apply disease safety measures, at the same time guide effective disease prevention measures, and report to local authorities or veterinary staff when detecting sick or unusually dead livestock and poultry.

At the same time, direct the organization of functional agencies to develop programs and projects to vaccinate livestock and poultry against high-risk diseases, especially prioritizing the prevention of dangerous diseases such as avian influenza, foot-and-mouth disease and blue ear disease.
