President offers incense to commemorate General Secretary Tran Phu and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap
President Truong Tan Sang visited Ha Tinh to offer incense at the tombs of General Secretary Tran Phu and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap.
On the occasion of the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3), yesterday (February 2), President Truong Tan Sang visited Ha Tinh to offer incense at the tombs of General Secretary Tran Phu and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap.
Offering incense at the tombs of General Secretary Tran Phu (in Tung Anh commune, Duc Tho district) and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap (in Cam Hung commune, Cam Xuyen district), President Truong Tan Sang expressed his deep respect and gratitude for the great contributions and merits of comrade Tran Phu - the first General Secretary of our Party and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap.
The revolutionary offensive ideology of comrade Tran Phu and comrade Ha Huy Tap is a great motivation for generations of cadres and party members today to continue to follow, determined to join the entire Party and people in successfully carrying out the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese homeland, worthy of the aspirations and noble sacrifices of revolutionary predecessors.
President Truong Tan Sang affirmed that the example and lifelong sacrifice for the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation that General Secretary Tran Phu and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap left behind are legacies of revolutionary theory that still retain their value, continuing to guide and encourage the path that our Party and people are following in the cause of national construction today.
President Truong Tan Sang also hopes that the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Tinh province will continue to promote the Soviet revolutionary tradition, be proud of and follow the example of General Secretary Tran Phu and General Secretary Ha Huy Tap to build a rich and civilized homeland, contributing to the overall development of the country.
On this occasion, President Truong Tan Sang also offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs and visited the graves of 10 female youth volunteers at the Dong Loc T-junction historical site in Can Loc district, Ha Tinh./.
