President pays State visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia

On December 23, President Truong Tan Sang and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation left Hanoi for a state visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia from December 23-24 at the invitation of Cambodian King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni.

The delegation included Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, Head of the Office of the President Dao Viet Trung; Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh; Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang; Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Thach Du and leaders of ministries, branches and localities.

During the two days, President Truong Tan Sang and the Vietnamese delegation will have high-level visits and working activities to deepen the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia; exchange practical measures to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in many fields such as politics, security, economy, trade... and discuss international and regional issues of mutual concern./.
