On the afternoon of June 4, at the National Assembly Office, Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung cordially received Thai Ambassador to Vietnam Anuson Chinvano and Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam Mayerfas for courtesy visits.

At the reception for Thai Ambassador to Vietnam Anuson Chinvano, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung was pleased to see that the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand have been increasingly strengthened and developed extensively in all areas; affirming Vietnam's consistent policy of always attaching importance to good cooperative relations with countries in the region, including Thailand. Regarding the relationship between the two countries' parliaments, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung hoped that the two countries' parliaments would continue to cooperate closely, exchange operational experiences; increase delegation exchanges at all levels and exchanges between friendship parliamentarian groups of the two countries; and closely and effectively coordinate and cooperate at regional and international inter-parliamentary forums. NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung congratulated the great achievements that the Thai people have achieved in the cause of national construction and development, making Thailand one of the leading developed countries in the region.

Thai Ambassador to Vietnam Anuson Chinvano thanked National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung for taking the time to meet him; affirmed that during his term in Vietnam, the Ambassador will do his best to promote cooperation activities between the two countries; and hopes to continue receiving support from the Vietnamese National Assembly in implementing cooperation programs between the two countries.

At the reception for Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam Mayerfas, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung affirmed that the traditional good friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Indonesia is developing increasingly deeply and effectively.Malealways attach importance to the traditional friendly and cooperative relationship withIndonesia. The results achieved in the cooperation between the two countries not only bring practical benefits to the common development of the two countries and the two peoples but also contribute to peace, stability and development in the region. Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung believes that Ambassador Mayerfas will make practical contributions, bringing the good cooperation between the two countries in general and the cooperation between the two National Assembly in particular to develop further, meeting the wishes of the people of the two countries.

Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam Mayerfas highly appreciated the important cooperative relationship between Indonesia and Vietnam; affirmed that Indonesia always considers Vietnam a strategic cooperative partner. Ambassador Mayerfas hopes that the Vietnamese National AssemblyMalewill continue to support cooperation programs between the two governments; create favorable conditions for enhancing cooperation activities between the two National Assembly.
