(Baonghean.vn) -During the working program in Nghe An, on February 16, Comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly, and the working delegation visited and offered flowers and incense at the tomb of King Mai Hac De in Nam Dan district and the Truong Bon historical relic site - My Son commune, Do Luong district.

Accompanying the delegation were comrades: Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Nguyen The Ky, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Commission; Nguyen Duc Hien, Head of the National Assembly's Petition Committee, and representatives of central ministries, departments, and branches.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of relevant departments, branches, leaders and people of Nam Dan district.

After offering incense and flowers at the Tomb of King Mai Hac De, comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung and the delegation visited some construction items in the relic site, took care of some bonsai trees and viewed some pictures and artifacts about the relic site as well as the Mai King Festival.

Talking to the leaders of Nam Dan district, the relic management board and the people, the National Assembly Chairman recalled the great contributions of King Mai Hac De, who raised an army, gathered the people to revolt, defeated the Tang invaders, founded the country, built the citadel, built the capital Van An, and affirmed national sovereignty nearly 1,300 years ago. It was King Mai's will to save the country and people, and affirm the spirit of independence and autonomy that fostered the spirit of uprising, the heroic struggle for independence and peace of the nation for future generations. Comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung noted that the locality needs to preserve and embellish the construction better and better, so that this place becomes a scenic relic, a spiritual address for tourists and people to visit, combined with the annual King Mai Temple festival to become an attractive tourist destination for visitors from near and far when coming to Nghe An. He reminded the management agencies, construction units and related agencies to make more efforts in building memorial works as well as other contents of the relic site so that this place can truly become a red address in educating traditions for the younger generations.

On the same day, the delegation visited the TH Milk Factory in Nghia Dan District. The Fresh Milk Factory is part of the TH Group's large-scale industrial dairy farming and milk processing project. This is a large investment project in the agricultural sector in Vietnam with a total investment of up to 1.2 billion USD. The factory has officially put into operation the first phase of the production line cluster with a capacity of 200,000 tons/year. The total design capacity of the factory is up to 500,000 tons/year in 2017. Before visiting the fresh milk production line with a capacity of 200,000 tons/year, comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung and the delegation planted a souvenir tree on the factory grounds. After that, the delegation visited the TH Group's clean vegetable growing system and visited the group's large-scale, modern cow pasture.
