Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of Dai Hue mountain eco-tourism road

(Baonghean.vn)- On March 7, a working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of the Dai Hue mountain eco-tourism road in Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district.

Accompanying were comrades: Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hong Ky - Director of the Department of Transport; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Nam Dan District Party Committee and representatives of the Department of Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Nam Dan District, Hoa Hiep Company Limited.

The Dai Hue Mountain Ecotourism Road is designed as a grade V mountain road, with a length of 4.5 km, and a total value of 58 billion VND. Up to now, the capital has been allocated 34.1 billion VND, the volume has reached 39%, the site clearance is still stuck at the first 300 m of the route. The Land Acquisition Council is appraising and supplementing the asset price records, expected to pay to households before March 15.

Workers are constructing the drainage section on the route.

According to plan, the project will complete the roadbed before April 10 and the cement concrete road surface before May 19.

The road connecting National Highway 46 to Nam Anh and Nam Dan is stuck with land acquisition problems for 26 households.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation also inspected the construction progress of the road connecting National Highway 46 to Nam Anh and Nam Dan. This road has an end point connecting to Dai Hue Mountain tourist road invested by Nam Dan District People's Committee. According to the design, the road is 7.8 km long with a total value of over 200 billion VND for both phases. Phase I has completed 2.8 km, reaching a volume of 29/57 billion VND, 5 km has not been constructed due to land clearance problems for 26 households.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong discussed and resolved difficulties in site clearance for the road connecting National Highway 46 to Nam Anh and Nam Dan.

After checking the actual situation and listening to the reports from contractors, departments, and localities, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee gave instructions: For the Dai Hue mountain eco-tourism road, the province will borrow cement to partially support the difficulties of the construction unit, combining capital sources to disburse for this road to meet construction progress; The Compensation Council of Nam Dan district will pay households to hand over the site to the construction unit before March 15.

For the route connecting National Highway 46 to Nam Anh and Nam Dan, the Provincial People's Committee will consider and allow the District People's Committee to bid on land prices to get funding for the construction of this route. To complete the progress on time, it is necessary to evaluate the capacity of the old contractor, and if necessary, replace a capable contractor.
