Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee works with APSEED Investment Fund
This afternoon, January 14, under the chairmanship of comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with Mr. John Patrick Keane - Executive Director of APSEED Investment Fund in Vietnam on the issue of investing in environmental projects in Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, January 14, under the chairmanship of comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with Mr. John Patrick Keane - Executive Director of APSEED Investment Fund in Vietnam on the issue of investing in environmental projects in Nghe An.
It is known that APSEED Foundation has many projects being implemented in Australia, Europe and the United Arab Emirates. These projects all aim to support the community to increase welfare, improve life, living standards and education by providing necessary infrastructure, serving socio-economic development and improving the ecological environment.
Overview of the working session.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Duc Phoc expressed his joy and thanked Mr. John Patrick Keane for visiting and working in Nghe An. Currently, Nghe An has no Australian investors. He hopes that APSEED Fund will pay attention to investing in water supply and wastewater treatment projects in the Southeast Economic Zone, Tho Loc Industrial Park; and building a water supply system in Dong Hoi Industrial Park.
During the working session this afternoon, Chairman Ho Duc Phoc also expressed his hope that the Fund would pay attention to investment cooperation in education; investment in thermal power and hydropower plants; and construction of food processing plants whose input products are food from buffalo and cows.
After listening to the speech of the provincial leaders, Mr. John Patrick Keane expressed his goodwill and interest in investing in Nghe An province. After surveying the actual situation in the industrial zones, the Fund will have a specific investment plan for the projects.
It is expected that tomorrow, January 15, the Executive Director of APSEED Investment Fund in Vietnam will conduct a survey at the Southeast Economic Zone, Dong Hoi Industrial Park and several other locations.
