Three students who received savings books from Hung Nguyen district include Nguyen Bao Viet, a 4C student at Nguyen Truong To Primary School, Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, a 9A student at Hung Tay Secondary School and Vo Thi Ha, a 12A1 student at Pham Hong Thai High School.

3 savings books, each worth 5 million VND, were taken from the royalties of Nghe An Newspaper by comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong.
