For goods on the list of temporarily suspended business of temporary import, re-export, transit and sending to bonded warehouses to Vietnamese ports after September 29, 2012, which are still remaining at ports and border gates, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of relevant localities, the Ministries of Finance, Public Security and National Defense to urgently review the situation of goods remaining at ports and border gates; classify goods, clarify the signing of contracts and loading of each shipment; propose specific handling plans to ensure management requirements, combat smuggling and trade fraud; report to the Prime Minister./.
