Cure insomnia with flowers

* 50g fresh rose (if dried, use 15g), 500g pig or goat heart, 50g salt, spices to taste. Put rose and salt in a pot, add water and boil for 10 minutes, let cool.

* 20g lily flower, 50ml wine. Boil both ingredients in a double boiler, drink warm once in the evening. * 15g of Chinese clematis flower, 20g of lily, 60g of rice. * 30g fresh chrysanthemum, 300g chicken, 20g peas, vegetable oil, egg white, broth, wine, fresh ginger and spices to taste.
Boil chrysanthemum flowers thoroughly to get the water and discard the residue; wash the chicken, remove the tendons, cut into strips and mix well with egg whites and a little flour; heat vegetable oil in a pan until hot, then add the chicken and stir-fry until the meat is firm; saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then add chrysanthemum flower water, chicken, sliced fresh ginger and a little wine, boil for a few minutes and serve hot.

* 30g fresh lily, 250g tofu, 100g pig's blood, 15g sesame, 15g crushed garlic, 2g pepper, broth and spices to taste.
Wash the lily flowers, trim the petals, blanch them in boiling water then remove and soak in cold water for about 1 hour; boil the tofu and pig's blood, cut into pieces; boil the broth then add the lily flowers, tofu, pig's blood, sesame and crushed garlic, add enough spices, simmer for a while and use as a daily soup. Uses: Nourishes the heart and blood, clears the lungs and calms the mind.
* 60g of cam cuc flower, 15g of sophora flower, 30g of lingzhi, 30g of dodder seed, 30g of sour jujube seed. Wash all ingredients, boil for 90 minutes, divide into several doses to drink during the day.
