Not yet graduated from high school, deputy director of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs was demoted
On October 9, Mr. Nguyen Duc Nguyen, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Nong province, said: Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Dien has just signed a disciplinary decision to demote Mr. Nguyen Van Minh from Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to Head of the Department's professional department, because of violations and shortcomings in declaring his educational qualifications.
According to VNA, previously, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee had decided to discipline Mr. Minh with a Party warning.

According to the verification results of the authorities, although he did not take the final exam of secondary school (system 7/10) in the 1974-1975 school year, in his party membership profile in 1981 and his cadre and party membership profile from 2002 to present, Mr. Minh declared his general education level as secondary school and high school to be eligible to apply to the High School of Labor Economics and Social Protection, then study and graduate from university.
When the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs requested a review, Mr. Minh was not self-conscious, dishonest, intentionally violated the Party's organizational principles, violated what Party members are not allowed to do, causing loss of personal prestige as well as the Party organization of the agency.
