At the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture - Sports, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee reported on the specific implementation of the Congress. Accordingly, in preparation for the Congress, from January 2021 to the end of May 2022, 460/460 communes, wards, and towns (commune level) and 21/21 districts, towns, and cities have completed organizing the Congress.sports.

The rehearsal is scheduled to take place at 6pm on August 11; the opening ceremony will take place at 8pm on August 13 at Vinh Stadium; the closing ceremony will take place at 3pm on August 17. From August 14 to August 16, athletes will compete in 6 events: Badminton, Athletics, Swimming, Chess, Crossbow Shooting and Tug of War.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports also made recommendations and proposed the participation and coordination of relevant agencies, units, departments, and sectors to ensure the event took place in the most favorable and successful way. The departments, departments, and sectors had exchanges and discussions to come up with the best solutions.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Bui Dinh Long affirmed that this is a big and important event of the province, especially after 2 years of interruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For the congress to be successful, the preparation work must be very good, the Department of Culture - Sports needs to promote its role in the best way, especially the coordination and connection with related units. Propaganda work for the congress needs to be deployed in a diverse and timely manner and the sectors need to be proactive to quickly resolve any incidents that may occur.
