Carefully prepare for the Spring meeting of the homeland on the occasion of the Year of the Goat 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, on the morning of December 3, 2014, the Nghe An Department of Foreign Affairs held a meeting with departments and branches to unify the plan to prepare for the meeting with Nghe An overseas Vietnamese living and working abroad on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2015.

Comrade Tran Ngoc Danh - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs chaired; participating were representatives of departments and branches: Finance, Industry and Trade, Home Affairs; Provincial Police; Culture - Sports - Tourism... and media agencies: Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station.

The first meeting of Nghe An overseas Vietnamese living and working abroad on the occasion of Tet 2015 was organized by our province to strengthen the great national unity bloc in the integration trend, thereby connecting the feelings of those who are far from home with their homeland, and contributing to encouraging and mobilizing overseas Vietnamese to return to their homeland to invest in building and developing their home province. The meeting is expected to be held on the 5th day of Tet At Mui 2015 (ie February 23, 2015) in Vinh City, with an expected attendance of about 450 delegates and guests.

At the meeting, after representatives of the sectors expressed their opinions on the draft content of the meeting program, comrade Tran Ngoc Danh concluded, highly agreeing with the opinions of the sectors on the content, script, communication work, organization budget... as well as preparing other conditions, and at the same time hoping that the sectors would join hands so that the goal of this meeting must create an impression of the homeland of Nghe An in innovation and development, further connecting national solidarity, deep homeland sentiment and further calling on Nghe An children living abroad to invest in their homeland.
