(Baonghean.vn) - According to the plan of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, the "Spring Colors of the Western Region" Festival 2015 will take place on the afternoon and night of February 6, 2015 at the center of Tuong Duong district.
This is a cultural activity to welcome the new year 2015, aiming to create a vibrant, joyful atmosphere and honor the traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities. Through the program, it creates conditions for people to exchange, meet, promote creativity and meet the needs of enjoying spiritual culture, making it an ideal spring destination during the Lunar New Year At Mui.
Participating in the gala program are the Provincial Cultural and Information Center, Nghe An Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe and the districts of Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong and Ky Son.
