Prepare well for personnel work for Party Congresses at all levels

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 15, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held a conference to review Party building work in 2014 and deploy tasks for 2015.

In 2014, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee actively advised on Party building and organization work. It proactively advised on planning and arranging the organization and apparatus; policies for cadres, veteran party members, veteran revolutionary cadres; planning and improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Le Quoc Khanh reported on the results of Party building and organization work in 2014.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and Party committees at all levels have also advised on the work of planning, supplementing, rotating, promoting, and perfecting cadres; this is the year with the most supplementation, rotation, and promotion since the beginning of the term, but still maintaining high solidarity and unanimity within the Party, contributing to promoting the overall development of the province. At the provincial level, the process of supplementing 2 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, 3 members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, 5 members of the Provincial Party Committee; supplementing 34 Party committee members at the district level, 23 Standing Committee members at the district level; promoting and reappointing 87 comrades under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; rotating 13 leaders of various sectors to work as Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Chairmen, and Vice Chairmen of the District People's Committees; 7 comrades who chaired the district returned to work as Directors and Deputy Directors of departments and branches... The Party Committee's Organizing Committees at all levels also advised, prepared, and directed the work of Party congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, in which they carried out well the work of reviewing cadre planning, preparing a step for the personnel work of Party congresses at all levels.

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified some innovative contents in the leadership, management and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee in a close, specific and timely manner for the Organizing Committees of lower-level Party Committees as well as answering and removing difficulties and obstacles related to the work of organization and cadres. Some delegates also pointed out some limitations and shortcomings, namely the direction of developing party organizations and party members in private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and particularly difficult areas. The planning of young cadres and female cadres has not met the requirements. The quality of Party members and the exemplary role of cadres and party members is not high, and some places still show signs of disunity....

Speaking at the conference, comrade Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the proactiveness and positivity of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee in providing comprehensive advice on organizational and personnel work in 2014. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary also emphasized: To effectively implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo on Nghe An, to build Nghe An into the center of the North Central region, to become one of the most prosperous provinces in the North, there must be a breakthrough, in which cadres play a very important role. Therefore, the task set for the Party Organization and Building sector is to perfect and arrange a team of cadres who are both red and professional, highly responsible, competent and dedicated. Focus on reviewing the planning to prepare personnel for the Party Congress accurately, avoid omissions, shortages and wrongly arrange cadres. Proactively detect and boldly promote and appoint cadres. Advise on the congress preparation work on the congress process and congress personnel. Actively participate in the work of strictly managing the payroll in the political system; advise on organizational structure and apparatus to build a truly strong Party organization.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 District Party Committees that had completed their tasks with outstanding results in Party Organization and Building in 2014 and 16 District Party Committees that had completed their tasks with outstanding results in Party Organization and Building in 2014; and awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 Departmental collectives with outstanding achievements in personnel organization in 2014.
