Well prepare the content of the meeting program between the Provincial Standing Committee and key officials of 460 communes, wards and towns
(Baonghean.vn) - One of the key tasks set for the mass mobilization system at all levels is to prepare well the contents and conditions to ensure the success of the meeting and dialogue program between the Provincial Standing Committee and the Party Committee Secretaries, Chairmen of the People's Councils and People's Committees of 460 communes, wards and towns in 2023.
Building 3,340 models, typical of "Skilled Mass Mobilization"
On the afternoon of June 23, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee held a conference to evaluate the results of mass mobilization work in the first 6 months of the year, deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2023; deploy mass mobilization tasks in new rural construction and launch a journalism contest on models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization".
Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Hoang Dinh Tuan and Phan Thanh Doai chaired the conference.
The report on the results of the first 6 months of the year and the opinions discussed at the conference affirmed that mass mobilization work continues to receive attention from Party committees at all levels and the political system, and is effectively organized and implemented. The mass mobilization committee system at all levels has advised Party committees to deploy many tasks, especially regular citizen reception activities, direct contact and dialogue between Party committee secretaries and people according to Regulation No. 11, dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo.
State agencies at all levels focus on taking care of administrative mass mobilization work.associated with grassroots democracy regulations; promoting administrative reform, rectifying the working style and manner of government apparatus at all levels; effectively implementing the regime of receiving people, resolving petitions, complaints, denunciations and grievances among the people.
In the first 6 months of the year, the whole province registered to build 145 bright spots for implementing grassroots democracy regulations and 127 bright spots for government mass mobilization.
The "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement continues to promote and improve the quality of models. In 6 months, the mass mobilization committees at all levels have directed the registration and construction of 3,340 models, typically "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in various fields. Many of the implemented models have been actively responded to by all classes of people, bringing high efficiency and wide spread.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee also deployed a number of key tasks on mass mobilization work in new rural construction; a journalism contest on models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; and the development of a book highlighting grassroots democracy regulations and government mass mobilization.
The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission also deployed Conclusion No. 54, dated May 9, 2023 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Decision No. 99, dated October 3, 2017 of the Secretariat on continuing to promote the role of the People in the fight to prevent and repel degradation, 'self-evolution' and 'self-transformation' within the Party.
Prepare well the meeting agenda with the Provincial Party Standing Committee
Deploying the key tasks of mass mobilization work in the last 6 months of 2023, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, set out requirements for the mass mobilization system from the province to the grassroots level to continue to make efforts and consider innovating the work of advising Party committees and organizing the implementation of mass mobilization tasks effectively.
The focus is to prepare well the contents and conditions to ensure the success of the meeting and dialogue program between the Provincial Standing Committee and the Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council, and People's Committee of 460 communes, wards, and towns in 2023.
Actively respond to the journalism contest on writing about typical models and examples of "Skilled People's Mobilization" in 2023; write about bright spots of grassroots democracy regulations and government people's mobilization, contributing to propagating and spreading models and bright spots throughout the province.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission also requested the mass mobilization system to strengthen its grasp of the people's situation and promptly advise the Party Committee and government on handling arising issues; pay attention to the work of receiving people, contacting, having dialogues and implementing conclusions after contacting, having dialogues, and resolving urgent and outstanding issues right at the grassroots level.
Focus on advising Party committees and directing the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote propaganda, arouse people's strength, create social consensus to well perform political tasks at each level and locality, especially building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
The mass mobilization system at all levels proactively and creatively organized practical activities to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the Party's tradition of mass mobilization work (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2023) in conjunction with studying Uncle Ho's article "Mass mobilization".
