Localities commit to effectively implementing the 2020 Action Month for Children according to Plan 247/KH-UBND dated May 13 of the Provincial People's Committee; Strictly implement the Prime Minister's Directive on preventing injuries and drowning for children; Establish a steering committee for preventing injuries and drowning for children from village to commune and district levels; Organize inspections, review, build barriers, fill, install warning signs, and cordon off construction pits, beaches, rivers, streams, canals, dams, ponds, lakes, ferry piers, etc. Prepare emergency drowning rescue tools at risk points; Organize communication and education activities, focusing on promoting the Child Protection Hotline 111; Deploy specialized visual content on preventing violence, child abuse, and preventing drowning and injuries for children.
