Program: "White Night at Long Bien Bridge - Journey to find memories"
“Long Bien Bridge White Night - Journey to Find Memories” is a unique program, with many special cultural activities taking place from 11 pm on April 12 to 6 am on April 13 on Hanoi’s historic Long Bien Bridge. This is the program that kicks off a series of new and unique cultural and tourism events organized by the “Long Bien Bridge White Night” Project.
The project is organized by a group of young people currently working in the fields of culture, art and history from many different cultural and artistic groups in Hanoi. Through the program, it promises to bring visitors unique experiences on a journey to find the memories of the hundred-year-old bridge.

Architect Nguyen Nga - Art Advisor of the Project said: "Following the success of the two Long Bien Bridge Festivals held in 2009 and 2010, the series of cultural - tourism events called "White Night of Long Bien Bridge" held periodically once a month right on the hundred-year-old Long Bien Bridge will become a highlight in the community of culture lovers. This is also the series of events that create the premise for the 2014 Long Bien Bridge Festival with the theme Long Bien Bridge - Festival of Ethnic Cultures to be held at the end of October this year".
It is expected that there will be 5 white nights with 5 themes exploiting different aspects of the historic bridge: "Memory", "Love", "Blood and flowers", "Hope", "Life!"
The Organizing Committee hopes that “White Night on Long Bien Bridge - Journey to Find Memories” will be the most vivid and realistic picture of Long Bien Bridge with so many feelings, and that will be a sleepless night in Hanoi, when all the young people shine their lights to find old memories, and together create new memories on this historic bridge./.
