"Vocational training forum for rural youth" program in Tuong Duong
(Baonghean.vn) - On September 19, 2014, at the Cultural Information and Sports Center of Tuong Duong district, the Youth Development Support Center of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An province organized the program "Vocational Training Forum for Youth in 2014".
Attending the program were representatives of experts from the ILO, the Department of Education and Training, representatives of the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the provincial Social Policy Bank and more than 500 Youth Union members from communes, towns, Grade 12 of Tuong Duong 1 High School, and the district Continuing Education Center.

At the program, the Youth Union members listened to experts from the ILO, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Bank for Social Policies, and the Youth Development Support Center of Nghe An Province widely disseminate to the members and youth the policies of the Party and the State on supporting rural youth in vocational training and job creation through the activities of Project 1956. Through the forum, the awareness of youth and society about vocational training, creating a change in the quality of training, labor qualifications, actual conditions as well as the needs of vocational training and job creation of rural youth, contributing to accelerating the shift of reasonable labor structure in localities across the province in association with the goal of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
The program "Vocational training forum for rural youth in 2014" was attended and responded enthusiastically by a large number of young union members. At the forum, young union members raised many questions such as: what vocational training needs? How to solve employment after vocational training; issues related to loans for economic development and labor export for young union members... Through the forum, the youth union cadres, civil servants and public employees at commune and town levels were also trained to build a team of cadres with courage, qualifications and expertise suitable for the tasks of management, leadership and direction in all fields of culture, socio-economy, political security..., serving the work of agricultural and rural development in localities.
