In recent years, Nghe An has been considered one of the localities that has done quite well in the socialization of health care. Thanks to that, the number of patients coming to the department for treatment increases every year. In addition, the State's investment in building and putting into use 100 hospital beds (in 2013) and many new equipment and techniques contributes to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment; the hospital's hospital bed quota increases every year, in 2011 it was 250 beds and up to now, that number is 300 planned beds, the actual hospital beds serving patients are 360 beds. At the Provincial General Hospital, the planned number of hospital beds is 800 beds, but the number of hospital beds implemented in 2014 reached 1,063 beds due to the increasing number of patients coming for examination. To meet the demand, the hospital balances its own budget to ensure the number of hospital beds outside the plan...
At the district level, the number of hospital beds has also increased every year. Thanh Chuong District General Hospital in the mountainous area has received investment from government bonds, the North Central Health Project invested in upgrading and renovating facilities, equipment and facilities for operations. Along with strengthening the transfer of technology to the district level, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment at lower levels, it is necessary to effectively implement medical examination and treatment according to decentralization and classification, promote the socialization of health care to create favorable conditions for people, contributing to reducing the burden on upper levels. Most hospitals have applied information technology to hospital management, to speed up the implementation of administrative procedures; focusing on the quality of patient service.
