The issues recommended in the previous inspection were well implemented by the communes. One month after the inspection, the People's Committees of the communes promptly issued documents amending the working regulations and codes of conduct for officials and civil servants, including specifying the contents of Directive 17 into the agency's regulations.
Regarding the activities at the one-stop-shop department, the staff at the communes have properly implemented the recommendations: welcoming people with a warm and thoughtful attitude, resolving documents quickly and promptly, not causing trouble for people when coming to transact.
