Experts comment on the installation of border fences with Ukraine
(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Igor Korotchenko, Editor-in-Chief of National Defense magazine, commented that the construction of a fence in the Crimea region bordering Russia-Ukraine is to ensure security for the southern border of the Russian Federation from the sabotage of Ukrainian commandos.
Earlier, the press service of the Crimean Border Guard Service of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it had completed the construction of a 60-km-long fence along the border with Ukraine. In addition, the border area also installed two warning signal complexes with vibration and radio radiation sensors.

"This measure is being taken to ensure the security of our country. In relation, this is a story about the border with Ukraine, a country that has been pursuing an unfriendly policy towards Russia in recent years. Therefore, the construction of this fence is reasonable and creates conditions to prevent potential sabotage and provocations from Kiev," said Mr. Korotchenko.
The expert added: "The technical equipment of the state border guard service is a completely normal measure, allowing to prevent both illegal migration waves and attempts to penetrate into the territory of the Russian Federation"./.
