After taking over Hoa Phat Ha Noi, the Ha Noi ACB team will transfer the first division football spot for the 2012 season to a business, and both sides are currently negotiating to prepare for the handover. * Why did Hoa Phat decide to transfer?
- I am the one who regrets the most when transferring Hoa Phat Hanoi to Hanoi ACB. However, this transfer must take place because in 2012, Hoa Phat Group will withdraw from Hoa Phat Hanoi Football Joint Stock Company and will no longer sponsor the team. In addition, football activities during this period were not going well, so we decided to stop.

- We do not blame or complain to anyone when we leave the game of football. After the handover, I will still go to the stadium to watch football. I still love football!
* What is the value of Hoa Phat Hanoi when transferred to Hanoi ACB?
- Whatever Hoa Phat invests, ACB must pay to Hoa Phat. The accounting department will make a list of the amounts that Hanoi ACB will have to pay, but for the transfer of the company, Hoa Phat will not take a single penny.
* Does the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) know about this, sir?
