(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the decisions of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, on the afternoon of May 30, in Thanh Duc and Thanh Chuong communes, the handover ceremony of the land and protective forest management rights of the 2nd Youth Volunteer Team - XDKT to Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company took place.

Attending the handover ceremony were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial Youth Union, Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; Youth Volunteer Team 2 - Construction and Development, and Thanh Duc Commune People's Committee.

According to the decision of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on approving the plan to transfer Nghe An Youth Volunteer Force II - Nghe An Construction and Development Corporation to Nghe An Rubber Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Youth Volunteer Force II will be handed over in its original state with a total area of ​​over 15,000 hectares of land, including over 391 hectares of agricultural land and over 11,774 hectares of forestry land.

Of these, nearly 7,500 hectares of protective forest land in forestry land have been handed over to Thanh Chuong Protective Forest Management Board for management; nearly 463 hectares of land have been contracted to 139 households of cadres and team members to build houses attached to agricultural and forestry production land.

At the handover ceremony, the representative of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union requested the relevant parties to take measures to ensure the rights of the team members after the transfer. After discussion, the two sides agreed that any problems arising in the next implementation process would be reported to the Provincial People's Committee and effectively handled.
