With the requirement that trade union communication in the new situation must ensure: "Fast, correct, accurate, good", in recent years, the Provincial Federation of Labor has focused on investing in purchasing modern, professional systems of video cameras, photography, computers... The staff working in communication are also equipped with knowledge, trained in writing news, articles, taking photos, filming, editing, recording audio... Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Head of the Propaganda and Women's Union Department said: "Up to now, propaganda and women's union staff have been able to create complete multimedia products with images and sounds that ensure quality. In the programs summarizing the activities of the Provincial Federation of Labor, summarizing thematic topics, instead of the usual form of reading paper reports, we have edited, recorded, and dubbed into reports, which are both realistic, vivid, and attract the attention of viewers".

With that spirit of innovation and creativity, communication staff explore many other forms of communication such as Infographics design, representative frames, Facebook cover photos... This form not only conveys propaganda messages in an impressive and effective way but also creates a strong, widespread communication effect, imbued with the colors of the union.

With the goal of promoting the development of Nghe An Trade Union Page to a higher level, professionally, with rich and attractive information content, in the condition of not having professional expertise, studying, working, and taking on many tasks according to the topics assigned by the profession, the propaganda officers have made great efforts in operating and developing the page. During the recent study trip to exchange experiences in preventing and limiting strikes in the southern provinces, not only listening to opinions, exchanging and researching, the officers of the Propaganda Department - Women's Union of the Provincial Labor Federation also took the opportunity to record images of the working trip. After the end of any event, information and images are immediately posted and updated on the Nghe An Trade Union Electronic Information Page, Nghe An Trade Union Facebook, Nghe An Newspaper, Labor Newspaper...

After more than 1 year of operation, Nghe An Trade Union Page has had 1,473 news, 180 articles, 105 videos... Rich content with news and articles reflecting the activities of trade unions at all levels in the province, news and articles sent by trade unions at all levels are edited and posted promptly. The content is presented concisely and clearly, ensuring both accurate propaganda information and political and current events. In-depth articles evaluate the results of unit activities, summarize good models, implement resolutions, policies, guidelines of the Party, laws of the State related to the rights and interests of workers; or set examples of good people, good deeds. In addition, many in-depth articles were published in the "Research and Exchange" section related to the implementation of Resolution 02 of the Politburo on innovation of trade union activities, articles discussing the Labor Agreement, female labor policies, and exemplary trade union cadres... The articles both provide guidance and orientation for activities and exchange good experiences in trade union activities, emphasizing the role and responsibility of trade unions in the new situation. In addition, the Nghe An Trade Union Information Portal also has many attractive sections such as Legal advice, domestic and international news, new documents, photo library...

Not only editing, posting and promoting propaganda on the unit's Electronic Information Page and Facebook, the staff of the Propaganda and Women's Union Department also actively wrote news and articles reflecting the activities of the trade union in the whole province in Nghe An Newspaper, Labor and Trade Union Magazine, Labor Newspaper, and local Electronic Information Page, helping workers easily access information, at the same time, contributing to affirming the role and position of the trade union organization in performing the functions and tasks of protecting the rights of workers.worker.

Change your mindset

The above positive changes stem from the change in propaganda thinking from the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor. Specifically, trade union communication work has received due attention, and the thinking about communication has changed dramatically. Since then, the awareness of the role of trade union propaganda work in the new situation among cadres and specialists of the entire system and all levels of trade unions in the province has clearly changed.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor has upgraded the Nghe An Trade Union's electronic information page in the direction of innovation and professionalism. At the same time, Decision No. 109/QD-LĐLĐ was issued on the establishment of the Editorial Board of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Electronic Information Page, consisting of 7 members. Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor is the head of the board; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Head of the Propaganda and Women's Union Department, Deputy Head of the Board. The members of the editorial board are distributed in the Women's Union Propaganda Department (3 people) and the Law and Labor Relations Department, Organization Department, and Finance Department, each with 1 person. Based on the operating regulations, the editorial board met and assigned specific tasks to each member. During its operation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor paid great attention to, regularly urged, directed, inspected and supervised the operation of the Nghe An Trade Union Information Page, directed the Federation of Labor, Industry Trade Unions, grassroots trade union units and union members, especially the team of specialized trade union officials to actively write news and articles reflecting the activities of their units, access and share the page's content on social networks of individuals and units.

To improve the quality of news articles,Provincial Federation of LaborEstablished a core team of news and article writers with 17 comrades, organized 3 training courses on news and article writing skills, photography skills, selecting images used in news and articles, skills in using information technology in designing modern media products such as creating infographics, designing representative frames, making conference mockups, producing videos, clips, etc. Participating in training the core team of news and article writers of the province are experienced reporters working at professional press agencies. With the experience gained from many years of writing, the lecturers have helped union officials grasp how to exploit information, how to present news and articles, select images, making the quality of news and articles increasingly more attractive and of higher quality.
