Among them, Nguyen Van Tuan, from Anh Son district, is currently a soldier serving a limited term at the Provincial Police Detention Center. Tuan is also one of the four most special candidates at Ha Huy Tap High School's exam site as he was assigned a separate exam room for F2 cases.

Tuan's path to the exam school was even more bumpy. On the afternoon of July 6, while other candidates went to the school to complete the exam procedures, Tuan was still in the lockdown area. When he received the information that if he tested negative, he would be eligible to take the exam and would receive full support for his exam scores, Tuan was extremely happy.

This is also a rare case because in the whole province, all F2 candidates have decided to take the exam very early. Meanwhile, although Tuan is an F2 candidate, he is "stuck" in the quarantine area, so Tuan's decision to go to the exam school needs to be considered even more. In this exam, Tuan registered to take the exam at the People's Police Academy to get the score to apply for the People's Police College, nurturing the dream of becoming a soldier. Of the 3 subjects of Literature, History and Geography, Tuan is most confident in Geography. However, in other subjects, he is very optimistic.

This young soldier also said: For me, being able to go to school to take the exam at this time is already a great joy. This year's Literature exam is not too difficult and I really like the social argumentation question. In Nghe An, in the first days of the outbreak, there were more than 1,600 candidates in the F2 and F3 categories and 62 candidates in the F1 category. However, to ensure the rights of candidates, the province still created conditions for candidates in the F2 category to take the exam. Before the exam day, the whole province had 63 F2 candidates. On the night of July 6, after the decision of the Ministry of Education and Training, the last 7 candidates in the F1 category were also allowed to go to the exam sites to take the exam in the first round. This was also a quick decision of the province to create benefits for candidates.

Candidate Tran Quoc Manh is a student at Vocational College No. 4. His house is in Quan Bau ward and Manh is a candidate in the F2 category because his father is an F1 subject who had close contact with an F0 patient while on duty. Participating in this year's exam, Manh is 1 of 3 candidates in the F2 category at the Huynh Thuc Khang High School exam site. Although he had to take the exam in a special exam room with very few candidates, this male student is still very optimistic: I only took the exam to graduate, but for me this exam is still very important. Actually, before coming to this exam, I was quite worried, but now I feel secure because I have been fully tested and the teachers have also created many conditions for me.

Candidate Nguyen Anh Phap - a student of class 12A4 - Huynh Thuc Khang High School was identified as F2 right after the first Covid-19 patient in Vinh City appeared (June 13).

This year, Phap registered for the high school graduation exam and NV1 admission to Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. In the meantime, the male student continued to review the exam online with his classmates and practiced at home. “Before the exam registration day, the teachers announced that F2 candidates would be able to take the first round of the exam after receiving a negative Covid-19 test result and called the school to get a free test. When I received the negative result, I was so happy. Extending the time did not help me gain more knowledge but only added to the pressure of waiting,” Phap said.

Working in the special examination room, in addition to their professional duties, the examiners also identify their own responsibility to encourage the candidates to feel secure when taking the test. Teacher Nguyen Thi Tu Ngoc - teacher at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted said: I do not feel worried because I have been fully equipped with disease prevention skills. Personally, I also sympathize with the candidates' thoughts and hope that they will be calm and confident to do their best on the test.

The province has so far had 19 examination rooms for F2 candidates and 5 examination rooms for F1 candidates. To ensure the safety of candidates, the Department of Education and Training has arranged vehicles to transport candidates to the examination site and conduct Covid-19 tests for candidates on exam days. During the exam, preventive measures have been developed to ensure the safety of candidates and those on duty.
