Coach Park Hang-seo's team received a big reward from Korea. |
FC Seoul is the former club of coach Park Hang-seo and assistant Lee Young-jin. Therefore, this team not only gave the reward to U23 Vietnam, but also showed gratitude to those who contributed to FC Seoul.
In addition to this meaningful award, the Korean media also honored Coach Park Hang-seo as the Korean sports ambassador after helping U23 Vietnam win the 2018 U23 Asian Cup runner-up. Previously, after helping Coach Guus Hiddink bring the Korean U23 team to fourth place at the 2002 World Cup, Mr. Park was awarded the Sports Medal by the Korean Government.
Up to this point, U23 Vietnam has not yet received the full bonus from the businesses. It is known that by February 5, VFF had received about 37 billion VND (excluding gifts) from the units that promised to reward. VFF committed to disbursing this amount to the U23 Vietnam team before Tet.
