There are 23 re-examined exams with increased scores.
(Baonghean.vn)-On the afternoon of August 12, information from the Examination and Quality Control Department, Department of Education and Training, has now completed the re-examination marking work. Only nearly 2% of the exam papers were successfully re-examined.
Previously, in Nghe An, there were more than 1,800 national high school exams requiring re-examination, including more than 1,300 exams at the cluster chaired by the Department of Education and Training. Math had the most exams requiring re-examination, 461 exams, Literature had 342 exams, followed by English and Geography.
The re-scoring results showed that 23 exams had their scores increased, including 11 English exams (including 1 essay exam and 10 multiple-choice exams), 7 Math exams, 2 Literature exams, 2 Geography exams, and 1 Biology exam. The exams with changed scores were mostly essay exams, with scores added to the wrong components. For the multiple-choice exams, because candidates blurred the result boxes or used ink pens to fill them in, the grading machine could not read them.
The average score of the re-exams increased by 0.5 points per test. However, the Ministry of Education and Training will only announce whether the candidates who submitted their re-exams passed the graduation exam or not after August 15.
